Schedules Page Overview

The Schedules page in Think Crew serves as your central hub for managing all production schedules within your project. This overview will help you navigate and make the most of this essential feature.

Accessing the Schedules Page

To access the Schedules page:

  1. Navigate to your project dashboard
  2. Click on the “Schedules” tab in the main navigation menu
  3. You’ll immediately see a list of all schedules associated with your project

Schedules Page Layout

The Schedules page is organized with several key elements:

  • Navigation Bar: The top menu provides options to create new schedules, and delete them
  • Select Button: The select button toggle the select mode. Once the select mode is on, you can click the selectors on the top left of each card to select multiple schedules.
  • View Toggle: You can toggle the view from cards to list
  • Filter: The filter tool at the top right of the page let you filter your schedules by their name.
  • Schedule Cards: Each schedule appears as a card displaying its name and management controls.

Key Actions

From the Schedules page, you can perform several important actions:

  • Create New Schedule: Click the “+ New Schedule” button to start a fresh schedule
  • Open Existing Schedule: Click on any schedule name to open it for viewing or editing
  • Duplicate Schedule: Create a copy of an existing schedule through the action menu
  • Import/Export: Transfer schedules to/from other systems via the dedicated buttons
  • Delete Schedule: Remove schedules you no longer need (requires appropriate permissions)
  • Move Schedule: Transfer a schedule to another project via the action menu

Collaboration Features

The Schedules page also includes features to support team collaboration:

  • User Indicators: See who is currently working on each schedule
  • Last Modified: Track when schedules were last updated and by whom
  • Comments: View comment count to identify schedules with active discussions
  • Sharing: Quickly share schedule links with team members

The Schedules page is designed to give production teams a comprehensive overview of their planning documents while providing quick access to all schedule management functions.
