Creating Calendar Events
To add a new event to your production calendar:
- Navigate to the Calendar view in your schedule
- Click the “+” button or double-click on a date
- Select the event type from the dropdown menu
- Enter a title and description for the event
- Set the date range (single day or multiple days)
- Choose a color category for visual identification
- Add any relevant notes or attachments
- Click “Save” to create the event
Managing Existing Events
You can easily modify calendar events as your schedule evolves:
- Click on any event to view its details
- Use the edit icon to modify event properties
