Think Crew makes it easy to manage your subscription preferences, giving you complete control over your account. This guide will walk you through the various subscription management options available to you.
Accessing Subscription Settings
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to your Think Crew account
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner
- Select “Subscription” from the dropdown menu
From this page, you can view and modify all aspects of your subscription.
Updating Payment Method
To update your payment information:
- Click on the vertical dots icon in the top right corner of your subscription card
- Click “Update Credit Card”
- Enter your new payment details
- Click “Save”
Canceling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription:
- Click on the vertical dots icon in the top right corner of your subscription card
- Click “Cancel”
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll still have access to your data, but with limited functionality based on our free tier.
