Keeping your Think Crew account secure is essential, especially when handling sensitive production data. Strong password management is your first line of defense against unauthorized access. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your Think Crew password.
Creating a Strong Password
When setting up your password, follow these best practices:
- Use at least 12 characters (Think Crew requires a minimum of 8)
- Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Add numbers and special characters (such as !@#$%^&*)
- Avoid easily guessable information like birthdays or common words
- Don’t reuse passwords from other websites or services
Changing Your Password
To update your password:
- Log in to your Think Crew account
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
- Select “Edit Profile”
- Click “Change Password”
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click “Update Password”
We recommend changing your password every 90 days for optimal security.
Forgotten Password Recovery
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to the Think Crew login page
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a password reset link (check spam/junk folders if not found)
- Click the link and follow instructions to create a new password
Password reset links expire after 24 hours for security reasons.
