Common Issues and Solutions

At Think Crew, we’ve designed our platform to be intuitive and reliable, but you might occasionally encounter issues. Here are solutions to the most common problems users experience:

Login Issues

  • Forgotten Password: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to receive password reset instructions via email.
  • Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).

Performance Problems

  • Slow Loading: Check your internet connection speed. If using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.
  • Interface Lag: Close unused browser tabs and applications to free up system resources.
  • Display Issues: Ensure your browser zoom is set to 100% and your display resolution meets our minimum requirements.

Data and Syncing

  • Running Current Version: Hard reload your page by pressing shift and the page refresh button on your browser. This will reload all of the site’s code and will ignore caching. Sometimes the site could be updated and your browser neglects to grab the most up to date version of the code.
  • Missing Data: Refresh the page or log out and back in to ensure you’re viewing the most current data.
  • Changes Not Saving: Check your internet connection, as offline changes may not sync properly.
  • Import/Export Issues: Verify your file formats match our supported types and that file sizes don’t exceed limits.

Collaboration Challenges

  • Permission Errors: Verify your permission level for the project in question. Contact your project administrator if adjustments are needed.
  • Conflicting Edits: Our system will notify you of conflicts. Review the changes carefully before choosing which version to keep.
