Alerts

The Alerts system in Think Crew keeps you informed about important changes and activities across your projects, helping you stay coordinated with your production team without constantly checking for updates.

Types of Alerts

Think Crew provides several types of alerts to keep you updated on what matters most:

  • Project Updates: Notifications about changes to project settings, particularly who has been added or removed from a project.
  • Permissions: Notifications about changes to your access levels or when you’re granted access to new projects.

Managing Your Alerts

Access your alerts through the bell icon in the top navigation bar. The alerts center allows you to:

  • To mark a particular alert as read, just click on that alert
  • To mark all alerts as read, click “Mark all alerts as read”
  • To delete all alerts, click “Delete all alerts”

Well-configured alerts ensure you stay informed about critical updates without being overwhelmed by notifications. Take a few minutes to customize your alert preferences based on your role and workflow needs.
