# How to Hard-Reload Think Crew

If you're experiencing issues with Think Crew where you seem to be viewing an outdated version of the site, your browser may be loading a cached version. This article will guide you through performing a "hard reload" to clear your browser's cache and ensure you're viewing the most recent version.

## What is a Hard Reload?

A hard reload forces your browser to discard its cached version of a website and download all resources (images, scripts, stylesheets) fresh from the server. This is different from a standard refresh, which may use cached elements.

## Instructions by Browser

### Google Chrome

**Windows:**

1. Navigate to ThinkCrew.com
2. Hold down **Ctrl** and press **F5**
   - Alternatively: Hold **Ctrl** and click the refresh button
   - Or: Hold **Ctrl + Shift** and press **R**

1. Navigate to ThinkCrew.com
2. Hold **Command + Shift** and press **R**
   - Alternatively: Hold **Shift** and click the refresh button

### Safari (macOS)

3. Then hold **Command** and press **R** (to reload)

**Alternative method:**

1. Open Safari's menu and select "Develop" > "Empty Caches"
   - If you don't see the Develop menu, enable it in Safari > Preferences > Advanced by checking "Show Develop menu in menu bar"
2. Then reload the page by pressing **Command + R**

## Additional Solutions

If hard-reloading doesn't solve your issue, try these additional steps:

1. **Clear your entire browser cache:**
   - **Chrome/Edge:** Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
   - **Firefox:** Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
   - **Safari:** Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All
2. **Try incognito/private browsing mode:**
   - Open a new incognito/private window and navigate to ThinkCrew.com
3. **Try a different browser:**
   - If you continue experiencing issues, try accessing ThinkCrew.com from a different browser
