Once you’ve imported a script into Think Crew, you can manage its details, control who has access to it, and customize various script settings. Proper script management helps keep your production organized and ensures everyone has the appropriate access.
Accessing Script Management
To manage a script’s settings:
- From the Scripts page, find the script you want to manage
- Click “Manage” from the script’s card
- This opens the Script Management panel with various settings tabs
Basic Script Information
You can edit the following basic script details:
- Script Name: Edit the title that appears throughout Think Crew
- Description: Add notes or context about the script’s content or purpose
- Episode: Set an episode number or identifier for series productions
- File Information: View the original filename and import date (cannot be edited)
Revision Information
Track script versions with these settings:
- Revision Color: Set the color that corresponds to this revision
- Revision Date: Update the date associated with this version
Managing User Access
Control who can view or edit your script:
- In the “Users” section, view a list of project members with access to the script
- Adjust permission levels for each user (Creator, Edit, View, None)
- Changes to permissions take effect immediately for all users
