# Schedules Page Overview

The Schedules page is your hub for all of the production schedules in your current project. From here you can create, open, copy, import, export and organize your schedules.

## Accessing the Schedules Page

Click "Schedules" in the sidebar. The page shows the schedules in your current project. To see another project's schedules, change your current project on the Projects page.

## Schedules Page Menu Bar

- **New:** Create a new schedule. See [Create a Schedule](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/create-a-schedule-2/).
- **Duplicate:** Copy the selected schedules. See [Duplicating Schedules](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/duplicating-schedules/).
- **Move:** Move the selected schedules to another project. See [Moving a Schedule to Another Project](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/moving-a-schedule-to-another-project/).
- **Import** and **Export:** Bring in schedules from other software, or export them. See [Import & Export Schedules](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/import-export-schedules/).
- **Revise:** Bring a revised script into the selected schedule. See [Revising Scripts](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/revising-scripts/).
- **Save as template:** Save the selected schedule's categories and elements as a template. See [Templates](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/templates/).
- **Pin** and **Archive:** Pin the selected schedules to the top of the page, or archive schedules you no longer need
- **Delete:** Permanently delete the selected schedules. See [Deleting Schedules](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/deleting-schedules/).
- **Select:** Turn select mode on or off, so you can choose several schedules at once
- **Active/Archived** and **Card/Table view** buttons, plus a filter at the top right to search by name

## Schedule Cards

Each schedule card shows:

- The schedule's name and description
- When it was created and your permission level
- How many scenarios and scripts it has, and how many users can access it
- Whether it's stored in the cloud or downloaded to your device for offline use. See [Offline Access and Synchronization](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/offline-access-and-synchronization/).

Click a schedule's name to open it. Click the manage icon, or right-click the card and choose "Manage schedule", to edit its name and description, link scripts, and manage its users. See [Linking Scripts to a Schedule](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/linking-scripts-to-a-schedule/).

Right-click a card to manage, duplicate, export or delete the schedule, revise its script, save it as a template, upgrade its project to a team project, or pin or archive it.

For more about views, selecting, pinning and archiving, which work the same way on every document page, see [Working with the Projects, Scripts, Schedules and Templates Pages](https://help.thinkcrew.com/knowledgebase/working-with-document-pages/).
