Think Crew allows you to share your carefully crafted designs, strips, and palettes with other users. This feature saves time, ensures visual consistency, and promotes standardization across your shows.
Sharing with Other Users
You can also share designs, strips, and palettes directly with other Think Crew users:
- Select the Item to Share:
- Navigate to the design, strip, or palette you want to share
- Access Sharing Options:
- Click the “Share” button
- Enter the name of team members you want to share with
- You can only share with existing users on Think Crew
- Finalize Sharing:
- Click “Share” to share the item
- Recipients will receive a notification in Think Crew
Managing Shared Items
- View Sharing Status: Check which items you’ve shared and with whom
- Revoke Access: Remove sharing permissions when needed
- Update Shared Items: Changes to shared items can update across all instances or create new versions
