Status Notifications #
Stay informed about system status through these channels:
- Email Alerts: Subscribe to status notifications in your account settings to receive emails about planned maintenance and service disruptions.
- In-App Notifications: Critical status updates appear as notifications within the Think Crew platform.
Scheduled Maintenance #
We perform regular maintenance to improve performance, security, and reliability. Here’s what to know about our maintenance schedule:
- Maintenance typically occurs during low-usage periods (weekends or after 10PM PT)
- Advance notice is provided at least 72 hours before scheduled maintenance
- Most maintenance operations do not require complete system downtime
- Expected duration and impact are always communicated in maintenance notices
During System Outages #
If you encounter an issue during a system outage:
- If working on critical tasks, use our offline mode (data will sync when service is restored)
- Avoid repeated login attempts during authentication service outages
- For prolonged outages, our support team will provide regular updates and estimated resolution times
