Your Think Crew user profile represents you within the platform and helps your collaborators identify and connect with you. Taking a few minutes to personalize your profile will enhance your experience and improve team collaboration.
Accessing Your Profile Settings
To access your profile settings, click on your avatar in the top-right corner of any page and select “Edit Profile” from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the profile page through the sidebar menu.
Essential Profile Elements
- Profile Picture: Upload a photo to help team members recognize you. Click the avatar placeholder or existing image to upload or change your picture.
- Name Settings: Verify that your first and last name are displayed correctly. You can also add a middle name or preferred nickname if desired.
- Position/About: Specify your production role (e.g., Director, Producer, UPM) to clarify your function within projects and write a little bit about yourself.
- Contact Information: Update your email address and add optional phone numbers. You control which contact details are visible to other team members.
- Links: Add any pertinent links to your social media, IMDb, LinkedIn, etc.
Change your password
- Click “Change Password” to update your password.
Personalization Options
Think Crew offers several ways to customize your working environment:
- Interface Theme: Choose between light, dark, or auto mode (which follows your system settings).
- Language Settings: Select your preferred language from the available options.
- Measurement Units: Set your preferred units for time, distance, and other measurements.
- Your Public Page: Review and customize what information others can see about you on your public page.
