System Status and Maintenance Information

Think Crew is committed to providing a reliable, high-performance platform. This page explains how to check system status and what to expect during scheduled maintenance periods.

Status Notifications #

Stay informed about system status through these channels:

  • Email Alerts: Subscribe to status notifications in your account settings to receive emails about planned maintenance and service disruptions.
  • In-App Notifications: Critical status updates appear as notifications within the Think Crew platform.

Scheduled Maintenance #

We perform regular maintenance to improve performance, security, and reliability. Here’s what to know about our maintenance schedule:

  • Maintenance typically occurs during low-usage periods (weekends or after 10PM PT)
  • Advance notice is provided at least 72 hours before scheduled maintenance
  • Most maintenance operations do not require complete system downtime
  • Expected duration and impact are always communicated in maintenance notices

During System Outages #

If you encounter an issue during a system outage:

  • If working on critical tasks, use our offline mode (data will sync when service is restored)
  • Avoid repeated login attempts during authentication service outages
  • For prolonged outages, our support team will provide regular updates and estimated resolution times
