Think Crew makes it easy to import and export schedules, allowing for seamless collaboration with team members and compatibility with other production planning tools.
Exporting Schedules #
Share your schedule with others or create backups by exporting:
- Navigate to the Schedules page in your project
- Find the schedule you want to export
- Click the “Select” button from the top right menu bar
- Click the checkboxes of any schedules you wish to export
- Click “Export” to open the export dialog
- Select the export type from the dropdown
- Select the included data from the dropdown
- Click “Export” to download your export files
Available Export Formats #
Think Crew offers several export options to suit different needs:
- Excel: a Microsoft Excel file (.xlsx)
- CSV: Ideal for importing data into spreadsheets or other planning tools (.csv)
- Universal Schedule Standard: A format for the transport and storage of scheduling and breakdown data.
Importing Schedules #
Bring existing schedules into Think Crew with these steps:
- Go to the Schedules page
- Click the “Import” button near the top left, this will open the import dialog
- Select your import file from your computer (.uss format). You can import up to 10 files at a time.
- Click “Import” to create your new schedule
