Managing Project Settings

Think Crew gives you comprehensive control over your project settings, allowing you to customize and organize your production workflow effectively. Properly configuring your project settings helps ensure smooth collaboration and organization as your production progresses.

Accessing Project Settings #

To manage your project:

  • Select “Manage” from a project’s card

Available Project Settings #

Project settings are organized into several key sections:

  • Project Name: Update the title of your project. Choose a clear, descriptive name that helps team members quickly identify the production.
  • Project Description: Add or modify the detailed description of your project. This is a great place to include production notes, overall goals, or other contextual information.
  • Season: If your project is part of a series, you can specify the season number or identifier here. This helps organize related productions into a logical hierarchy.
  • Scripts: View and manage all scripts associated with the project. You can add new scripts or remove existing ones.
  • Schedules: Access all production schedules within the project. You can create new schedules or modify existing ones.
  • Users: Manage team members and their project permissions. Add new collaborators or adjust access levels for existing users.

Saving Your Changes #

All changes you make are saved as soon as you finish making them.

All changes to project settings are synchronized in real-time across all team members’ accounts, ensuring everyone has access to the most current information. Users who are actively working in the project will see notifications about the updates.
