Encountering a problem with Think Crew? We take all reported issues seriously and work quickly to resolve them. This guide will help you effectively report issues so our team can address them promptly.

Before Reporting #

Before submitting a bug report, consider these quick troubleshooting steps:

  • Refresh your browser window
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser if possible
  • Check if others on your team are experiencing the same issue
  • Search the Knowledge Base to see if it’s a known issue with a solution

How to Report an Issue #

To report an issue to our support team, visit our internal report page.

Information to Include #

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Issue description: What happened and what you expected to happen instead
  • Reproduction steps: The exact sequence of actions that leads to the issue
  • Frequency: Does it happen every time, occasionally, or just once?
  • Context: What page/feature you were using, and what you were trying to accomplish
  • Environment details: Your browser, operating system, and device type
  • Screenshots or recordings: Visual evidence of the issue is extremely helpful
  • Error messages: Copy and paste any error text that appeared

Once you’ve submitted your report:
