Schedule Cards

Each schedule card shows:

  • The schedule’s name and description
  • When it was created and your permission level
  • How many scenarios and scripts it has, and how many users can access it
  • Whether it’s stored in the cloud or downloaded to your device for offline use. See Offline Access and Synchronization.

Click a schedule’s name to open it. Click the manage icon, or right-click the card and choose “Manage schedule”, to edit its name and description, link scripts, and manage its users. See Linking Scripts to a Schedule.

Right-click a card to manage, duplicate, export or delete the schedule, revise its script, save it as a template, upgrade its project to a team project, or pin or archive it.

For more about views, selecting, pinning and archiving, which work the same way on every document page, see Working with the Projects, Scripts, Schedules and Templates Pages.
